The activities, stretches and exercises are divided into three sections:

  1. Acute Low Back Pain where we present information, exercises and activities geared for this type of condition.
  2. Moderate Low Back Pain has more advanced exercises and activities to help rehabilitate a person with some back pain.
  3. Keeping the Back Healthy is a section full of information and exercises which will strengthen and help prevent an onset of  back pain.
