Like many people I have battled the scale most of my life. I could easily blame genetics when truthfully, lack of discipline and weight management are largely the culprit. Sharing my personal journey isn’t easy, but I’m hoping it will make a difference in at least one person’s life. I first started seeing Dr. Tereo in 2007 specifically for alignments. After a short time, I realized Dr. Tereo offers the services and tools that could propel me to better overall wellness.
Without any sense of judgment, I had my questions answered. I started an exercise program that was entirely different from what I’d been doing: more weightlifting, less cardio. I remember telling him “Okay, I’m going to trust you. I’m going to do it your way.”
I was directed to this very website to learn different exercises including structure and form that are easy-to-follow and can be customize. Like I mentioned, I’m just like you. After a few years of staying consistent with the program, I allowed life’s demands to get in the way of my progress. I regained the weight I’d lost and then some. I was borderline diabetic, occasionally I would feel my heart race while I was in a sedate state. If my parents’ longevity is any indication on the length of my life, then I needed to make changes. I lost a considerable amount of weight but reached a plateau. That’s when I noticed the brochure for the 21-Day Purification and Weight Management program. For me, it’s been life-changing. While I write this, I’ve completed the program a second time, and again dropped additional body fat, another 13 lbs. and am within a healthy BMI range. In addition to the exercise program, I’ve worked with Dr. Tereo on staying aligned and ensuring that I’m taking the right supplements. I’m entering the next phase of my life, in the best physical condition of my life. It’s hard to put into words how good it feels to feel good!
