BIELER BROTH — This is a broth recipe which supports energy, weight loss and detoxification. Easy to prepare and very transportable. Following is the recipe.

·3 stalks of celery

·2 whole zucchini

·2 cups of string beans

·1 cup parsley

Put 1 cup of good clean water in a stock pot. Then put in the string beans and steam about 5 minutes. Add the celery and zucchini; steam for another 5-7 minutes (or until tender but still crisp). DON’T OVERCOOK! When the vegetables are tender, drain the water from the pot (than the vegetables were cooked in) into a blender. Then follow with the cooked vegetables. Blend until liquefied. Add a teaspoon or so of raw unsalted butter and the parsley. Blend again until the parsley is liquefied. Enjoy.

·OPTIONAL: Add 1 clove of garlic, minced with the string beans and cook with the vegetables.
