100% ORGANIC

• Description: This product must be made with 100% organic ingredients, have an ingredient list, and list the name of the certifying agency.

ORGANIC

• Description: A product labeled organic must be made with at least 95% organic ingredients, list each ingredient on the label, identify which ingredient is organic, and list the certifying agency.

MADE WITH ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

• Description: The food product must be made with at least 70% organic ingredients, have an ingredient list that identifies which ingredients are organic, and list the certifying agency.

SOME ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

• Description: This is a food product that has less than 70% organic ingredients, has no certifying agency, and may only list certified ingredients as being organic.
